He specialises in south Indian cuisines and is also a culinary expert in Goan, Srilankan and Malaysian flavours. Having been in Mangalore for several years, he has mastered Manglorean cuisine as well. He has delighted countless guests at Vivanta by Taj on MG Road for many years and will be your Captain as we set sail for Mangalore this Friday.
