The plan commences from the date of payment and remains valid for 30, 90, or 180 days, depending on your selection.

Cashback - Purple Cash
You earn up to 10% cashback on select products as Purple Cash, credited to your Purple Cash wallet. This wallet stores your cashback rewards and can also process refunds related to quality, delivery, or product issues.
- Validity: Purple Cash remains valid for 30 days from the date of credit.
- Usage: During checkout, your available Purple Cash balance will be automatically applied to reduce your order total instantly, with no upper limit on usage. No manual action is required from your end.
- Purple Cash and FreshCash Purple Cash is exclusive to Purple members and separate from FreshCash (general promotional cashback). Both can be combined in a single order.
- Member Discounts Enjoy exclusive member-only prices and offers on select products. With great spending comes great savings!
- Exclusive Access Purple members get priority access to new product launches, invitations to tasting panels, and other exclusive events.
- Assignment and Transferability The Purple membership, benefits, and associated rewards are linked to the registered mobile number and delivery address. Membership is non-transferable and not assignable to other persons, including friends or relatives. Benefits cannot be redeemed for monetary value or combined beyond specified limits.
- Change of Address You may update your registered delivery address within the countries currently served by the service during the Plan Period.
- Promotional Offers Purple benefits may be combined with other offers, discounts, and coupons. However, cashback and discounts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for equivalent monetary value outside this programme.
- Validity and Renewal The Purple membership automatically expires unless renewed. Renewal is subject to the terms & conditions at the time of renewal.
- Pricing and Amendments FreshToHome reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Purple or its benefits at any time, including price revisions due to statutory changes, with notice where practicable. Your continued membership constitutes acceptance of such changes.
- Refunds No refunds will be issued for unused membership benefits or any portion of the subscription fee.
- Minimum Order Value The minimum order value for Purple members remains the same as for regular orders.
- Membership Cancellation and Pausing Purple memberships cannot be paused or cancelled mid-term. However, with competitive pricing and rewarding benefits, continuing your membership is advantageous.
