You are expected to read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions before subscribing, as you shall be bound by all the terms and conditions herein. Your consent to this Agreement operates as a binding contract between you and FreshToHome with respect to the Purple programme.

As a Purple member, enjoy free deliveries on orders that meet the applicable minimum order value. For orders below the prevailing MOV, a small order fee may apply, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.
- Member Discounts You can earn up to 10% discount on select products. Enjoy exclusive member-only prices and offers on select products. With great spending comes great savings!
- Exclusive Access Purple members get priority access to new product launches, invitations to tasting panels, and other exclusive events.
- Assignment and Transferability The Purple membership, benefits, and associated rewards are linked to the registered mobile number and delivery address. Membership is non-transferable and not assignable to other persons, including friends or relatives. Benefits cannot be redeemed for monetary value or combined beyond specified limits.
- Change of Address You may update your registered delivery address within the countries currently served by the service during the Plan Period.
- Promotional Offers Purple benefits may be combined with other offers, discounts, and coupons. However, discounts and cashbacks cannot be exchanged or redeemed for equivalent monetary value outside this programme.
- Validity and Renewal The Purple membership automatically expires unless renewed. Renewal is subject to the terms & conditions at the time of renewal.
- Pricing and Amendments FreshToHome reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Purple or its benefits at any time, including price revisions due to statutory changes, with notice where practicable. Your continued membership constitutes acceptance of such changes.
- Refunds No refunds will be issued for unused membership benefits or any portion of the subscription fee.
- Minimum Order Value The minimum order value for Purple members remains the same as for regular orders.
- Membership Cancellation and Pausing Purple memberships cannot be paused or cancelled mid-term. However, with competitive pricing and rewarding benefits, continuing your membership is advantageous.
