How do I redeem FreshCash?
FreshCash can be used with all available payment options. At checkout, you'll see your FreshCash balance. Just tap 'Apply', & the amount will be deducted from your total payable amount.
Note: FreshCash is valid only on the FreshToHome app and website.
What's the validity of FreshCash?
Validity differs from offer to offer. You can view the unique expiry date for each cashback transaction under Account -> FreshCash.

As a FreshToHome Purple member, can I use FreshCash and PurpleCash together?
Yes, you can. PurpleCash is automatically applied to your order for instant savings, & you can choose to apply eligible FreshCash to the same order.
What happens if I cancel an order that I paid for with FreshCash? Where will my refund reflect?
Refunds for FreshCash will reflect in the FreshCash Wallet, whereas the remaining amount will be refunded back to your bank, store credit or other payment wallets depending on the payment method you chose during checkout.

How much FreshCash can I use in a single order?
You can use upto 20% of the final payable amount. The maximum amount you can redeem is ₹100.
